Ana Barbara is suing Wells Fargo and accusing two former employees of conning her out of $400,000. “They betrayed me,” she told CBS2 news. “I didn’t know what to do.”

The lawsuit claims that the bank employees stole her identity and drained her money. The suit claims that the bank was not going to reimburse her because she didn’t notify of the them within 60 days.

“It’s particularly egregious when it is the bank that is responsible for the consumer not getting the statements and having the opportunity to review the statements,” Devin McRae, Barbara’s attorney said.

On social media the singer wrote on Instagram: “Hello beloved family. Here fighting against everyone that gets in the way of my happiness.”
